Ausview Building was founded by Cam Balgowan and Ed Ertl over 20 years ago, and remains a hands-on building company focused on doing things properly.

Cam and Ed stay closely involved throughout every project, working directly with clients, architects and consultants from early planning through to completion. Their consistent involvement allows projects to move forward with clear communication, practical decision-making and close attention to detail at every stage.

We take on a limited number of projects each year so every build receives the level of care, coordination and attention it requires.

Our work often involves architecturally designed custom homes, detailed residential builds and projects where thoughtful planning and careful execution matter equally. From custom finishes to more complex construction details, we work collaboratively to find practical solutions that support both the design and the way the home will be lived in.

With projects across the Blue Mountains, Penrith, Lake Macquarie and the Central Coast, Ausview has built strong relationships with architects, trades and suppliers who value clear communication, high standards and a considered approach to building.
